As their company is a massive conglomerate they used their money and loyal consumers to market the film which has a large positive effect as then more money and the more consumers as the film would be more advanced.

Warner Bros. distribute films all over the world so it was easy for them, Lego is a company created in Denmark. They also have Legoland in many different counties so by this the Lego company was already extreme well known also with Warner Bros. being a massive conglomerate so they could operate on a global scale.

The Lego Movie has since been made into a video game which allows more money and exposure of the movie initially making it more successful. Convergence lets audiences use one platform to consume various types of media texts. With this in mind, audiences were able to use their smartphones to watch the film, visit their website, visit their twitter page etc.

The BBFC is the film regulators who rated their film a U as the Lego company didn't want to have their reputation taken down with poor content so no bad language, violence or sexual scenes were allowed to be shown.

Circulated through social media, cinemas and global companies distribute it across their own companies independently.
